FPT: Decision on additional listing

On May 20 2015, HOSE had Decision No.174/QD-SGDHCM to allow FPT Corporation to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number of shares before changing listing: 343,976,600 shares

-         Additional volume: 1,719,317 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND17,193,170,000

-         Number of shares after changing listing: 345,695,917 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND3,456,959,170,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: May 22 2015

-         Reason of additional listing:  to issue new shares under the selective program for employees.
