TSC: Decision on additional listing

On May 15, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.172/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (stock code: TSC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 15,812,915 shares

-         Additional volume: 11,385,297 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND113,852,970,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 27,198,212 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND271,982,120,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: May 19, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: to issue new shares to pay dividend, increase the share capital from the owner's equity and issuing new shares under the selective program for employees in the company.
