On May 05, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.481/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: May 14, 2015

-          Record date: May 18, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividend for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share).

-          Payment date: May 28, 2015
