CLG: CLG extends the dividend payment date

In the previous announcement, the 2012 dividend payment date of Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company will be September 15, 2014.

However, because of difficult financial situation, the Company cannot arrange for payment, so the Company would like to pay the 2012 dividend on December 15, 2014.
