KHA: The record date for the 2014 dividend payment

On September 09, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the first phase of 2014 dividend in cash of Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol: KHA                              

-         Ex-right date: September 17, 2014   

-         Record date: September 19, 2014

-         Purpose: for the payment for the first phase of 2014 dividend in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

-         Payment date: October 13, 2014           

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company from  October 13, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
