-         Ex-right date: September 17, 2014   

-         Record date: September 19, 2014

-         Purpose: for the payment for 2013 dividend in cash       

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date: September 30, 2014       

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Ngo Han Joint Stock Company from September 30, 2014.
