TTP: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on September 09, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the record date for 2013 dividend in cash:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-         Record date: September 25, 2014   

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from September 09, 2014.
