GAS: The record date for the 2014 dividend payment

On September 09, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the first phase of 2014 dividend in cash of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation:

-         Stock symbol:   GAS                            

-         Ex-right date:    September 22, 2014   

-         Record date:     September 24, 2014

-         Purpose: for the payment for the first phase of 2014 dividend in cash    

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:  15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-         Payment date:  October 15, 2014          

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation, from October 15, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
