The Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.686/TB-SGDHCM dated July 03, 2014 to announce the record date for shareholders of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (stock code: BTP) as follows:

–    Ex-right date: July 11, 2014

–    Record date: July 15, 2014

–    Purpose: to pay cash dividends of 2013

–    Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800/ share).

–    Payment date: August 04, 2014

–    Place of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Financial and Accounting Department of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company from August 04, 2014.
