BHS: The record date for the second phase of 2013 dividend payment

On July 02, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the second phase of 2013 cash dividend of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company:

-  Stock symbol: BHS                              

-  Ex-right date: July 10, 2014    

-  Record date: July 14, 2014

-  Purpose: for the second phase of 2013 cash dividend   

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-  Payment date: July 25, 2014     

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company, Bien Hoa I Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province on the working days from MON to FRI from July 25, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
