IJC: Board Resolution on dividend payment

On June 30, 2014, the Board of Directors of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (BECAMEX IJC) unanimously approved the 2013 dividend payment as follows:

-         Payout ratio: 6%/charter capital (VND600 for a share)

-         Charter capital: VND2,741,945,250,000

-         Payment method: by cash

-         Total dividend value: VND 164,516,715,000

-         Record date: July 15, 2014

-         Payment date: July 31, 2014

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company as from July 31, 2014.
