On June 30, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for 2013 dividend in cash of Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol: TMP                              

-         Ex-right date: July 11, 2014   

-         Record date: July 15, 2014

-         Purpose: for the payment for 2013 dividend in cash       

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

-         Payment date: August 06, 2014             

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company, from August 06, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
