-         Purpose: for the payment for 2013 dividend in cash       

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 9%/ par value (VND9,000/ share)

-         Payment date: July 28, 2014     

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, HUD3 Tower, 121,123 To Hieu Street, Ha Dong District, Ha Noi City as from July 28, 2014.
