NHS: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on June 27, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the record date for 2014 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: expected on July 15, 2014

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-          Payment date:   expected July, 2014      

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to implement.
