KHP: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013 and personnel change

Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment for 2013 and personnel change:

1)     Approving to pay for the second of 2013 dividend in cash:

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 9%/ par value (VND900/ share)

2)     2. Mr. Do Thanh Son was appointed as Deputy CEO as from July 01, 2014.

3)     3. Mr. Duong Xuan Thang was appointed as the authorized information disclosure staff of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company as from July 01, 2014.
