     * Dividend payment in cash for stage II-2013: 
          - Exercise rate: 10%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)

          - Exercise date: 24/07/2014
          - Place of payment: 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (7th Floor, 141 Le Duan, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi city) on working days from 24/07/2014. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
     * Dividend payment by share to outstanding shareholders: 
          - Exercise rate: 10:3 (Shareholders will receive 03 new shares for every 10 shares they own.)
          - Exercise place: 
             + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
             + For undeposited shares: Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (7th Floor, 141 Le Duan, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi city) on working days from 24/07/2014. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
          - Rounding down and handling odd share: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd lot share will be cancelled.
