CSC: Record date to pay dividend by shares to existing shareholders and pay bonus shares to existing shareholders

Thanh Nam Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company announced record date to pay dividend by shares to existing shareholders and pay bonus shares to existing shareholders as follows:
1. Record date: 27/06/2014
2. Ex-date: 25/06/2014
3. Reasons and purposes:
* Pay dividend by shares to existing shareholders:
- Exercise rate: 10%/share
In which: + Pay remaining dividend in 2011: 05%/share
+ Pay dividend in 2013: 05%/share
- Rounding plan, fractional share treatment plan: Distributed shares would be rounded to the unit column, fractional shares (if any) would be distributed to other objects with price of VND 10,000/share. Proceeds from selling fractional shares would be paid to shareholders who own shares with fractional shares.
- Place of payment:
+ For undeposited shares: Head office of Thanh Nam Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company on working days. Identification Card is required.
+ For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
* Pay bonus shares to existing shareholders
- Exercise rate: 10:07 (shareholders could receive 07 new shares for every 10 shares they own)
