HU3: Resolution on the 2013 dividend payment

HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the 2013 dividend payment as follows:

-         Record date: July 05, 2014

-         Payment rate: 9%/par value (VND900 for a share)

-         Payment method: by cash

-         Payment date: July 25, 2014

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: shareholders make procedures of dividend payment at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders make procedures of dividend payment at HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
