CTD: The record date for the second of 2013 dividend payment

On June 18, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the second of 2013 dividend in cash of Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol: CTD                              

-         Ex-right date: June 25, 2014   

-         Record date: June 27, 2014

-         Purpose: for the payment for the second of 2013 dividend in cash         

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date: July 15, 2014     

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company, Floor 11, 236/6 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 17 , Binh Thanh District, HCM City  on the working days from  July 15, 2014 and please submit ID card.
