SMA: SMA extends the dividend payment date

In the previous announcement, the 2011 dividend payment date of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company will be June 20, 2014, with a payment ratio of 12%.

–     However, because of difficult financial situation, the Company cannot arrange for payment, so the Company would like to pay dividends: December 31, 2014, with a payment ratio of 12%.
