Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the 2013 first cash dividend payment as follows:

-         Payment rate: 5%/par value (VND500 for a share)

-         Record date: June 12, 2014

-         Payment date: July 11, 2014.

-         Payment resource: undistributed profit after.
