VTF: The record date for the 2013 dividend payment

On May 23, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for 2013 dividend in cash of Viet Thang Feed Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol: VTF                               

-         Ex-right date: June 12, 2014   

-         Record date: June 16, 2014

-         Purpose: for the payment for 2013 dividend in cash       

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-         Payment date: July 16, 2014     

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viet Thang Feed Joint Stock Company, Lot II-1, II-2, II-3, Area opening C, Se Dec Industrial Park, Tan Khanh Dong Commune, Se Dec City, Dong Thap Province.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
