HRC: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on May 22, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second of 2013 dividend in cash:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ Charter capital or VND25,891,464,000

-         Payment date: expected in June, 2014  

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to implement.
