-  Ex-right date: June 04, 2014    

-  Record date: June 06, 2014 

-  Purpose: to pay 2013 second cash dividend   

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500 / share)

-  Payment date: June 20, 2014 

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company on working days from June 20, 2014, and please submit ID card.
