NIS: NIS: Information disclosure on receiving the Decision No. 1819/QĐ-CCT-KKT from Thanh Xuan Tax Sub-Department

(19 November 2013) Network Infrastructure Services JSC announces the reception of decision from Thanh Xuan Tax Sub-Department No. 1819/QĐ-CCT-KKT with the following contents:

- Handling tax violation in the period of 2010-2012

- The amount of the tax arrears and late payment penalty was VND 103,599,736. Tax officials reduced the invalid expenses before calculating the corporate income tax in the years.

-  Administrative penalty of VND19,290,665 for being late for paying tax of the above amount
