Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on November 26, 2013

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved additional issue to increase the equity from VND429 billion to VND600.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Tran Duc Son as a member of the BOD

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Le Quyet as a member of the BOD
