On 18/11/2013, Central Area Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company announced General Mandate via a ballot as follows: Article 1: Approve the supplementary business lines as follows: 1.1 Services on consulting and supporting the operation for hydro power plants, thermal power plants and other structures 1.2Testing the design, technique of mechanic equipment for hydro power plants, thermal power plants 1.3 Non-Destructive Testing of welded joints 1.4 Repair, recover, improve, upgrade, maintain, and filter electric equipment and transformers to 500kV 1.5 Services on making document for work payment Article 2: Assign BOD, Management Board to do related procedures in accordance with the regulations of law.
