SRF: Searefico to issue more than 8Mln shares

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (“SEAREFICO”) has announced a plan to issue additional shares in order to raise its share capital from the owner’s capital as follows:

-         Stock: Stock of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Total number of issued shares: 8,132,046 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 8,122,246 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 9,800 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,122,246 shares

-         Value of shares expected to be issued: VND81,222,460,000.

-         Issue ratio: 1:1 (each shareholder owning 01 share will receive 01 new share)

-         Financial resource: SEAREFICO’s capital surplus until June 30, 2013 (VND204,645,865,031)

-         Record date: October 18, 2013.
