DPM: PVFCCo receives the contributed capital in PSCC Corp

On September 25, 2013, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) approved a plan to receive all of contributed capital worth of VND1 billion or 10% of Petroleum Sport and Culture Corporation (PSCC Corp). After completing necessary procedures, PVFCCo will not have any investment in PSCC Corp.
