CNG: CNG to issue new shares

CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company disclosed its plan to issue 4,606,769 shares to increase charter capital from the equity source as follows:

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs / share

-         Volume of outstanding shares: 21,327,638 shares

-         Volume of treasury shares: 0 share

-         Issue volume: 4,606,769 shares

-         Total value issue: 46,067,690,000 dongs

-         Issue ratio: 21.6%

-         Finance resource: development & investment funds at June 30, 2013.

-         Record date: October 11, 2013

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be bought back as treasury shares at VND10,000/share.

Place of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporation.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
