SRF: Searefico to issue more than 8Mln shares

The Board of Directors of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (SEAREFICO) approved a stock issue plan, according to the board resolution dated September 18, 2013, as follows:

-         Stock: Stock of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Exercise ratio: 1:1 (each shareholder owning 01 share will receive 01 new share). Rights to receive new share are not transferable.

-         Object of the issue: SEAREFICO’s existing shareholders on a record date.

-         Charter capital at present: VND81,320,460,000.

-         Number of treasury shares: 9,800 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 8,122,246 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,122,246 shares

-         Total expected issue value: VND81,222,460,000.

-         Expected charter capital after the issue: VND162,542,920,000.

-         Financial resource for the issue: capital surplus until June 30, 2013

-         Time of implementation: within 45 days since the State Securities Commission of Vietnam announces the receipt of all documents about the stock issue.
