PVD: The BOD approves to issue 2 million ESOP shares

According to the board resolution dated September 13, 2013, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation (PV DRILLING CORP) approved to issue 2,000,000 shares to its employees (Employee Stock Ownership Plan - ESOP) in 2013 with the transfer restriction period of 01 year.
