SEC: SEC to issue new shares to the public

Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company (SEC) has planned to issue new shares to the public as follows:

ü       Phase 2: offering volume: 11,149,472 shares, in which:

Offering volume 10,443,948 shares to existing shareholders. Exercise ratio: 100: 37.5 (the one who owns 01 share at the record date will receive 01 right, 100 rights will buy 37.5 new shares)

Offering volume 705,524 shares to members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and key staffs.

-         Capital need to be mobilized: VND215,934,200,000

-         Purpose: to raise the Corporation’s capital.
