CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company disclosed its plan to issue 1,065,593 shares to key staff in the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Total shares: 21,327,638 shares

-         Outstanding shares: 21,327,638 shares

-         Treasury shares: 0

-         Number of shares expected to be issued in this ESOP: 1,065,593 shares

-         Total value: VND 10,655,930,000

-         Issue ratio: 5% of outstanding shares

-         Transfer restriction: the new shares are transferable.

-         Time of implementation: less than 45 days after the SSC announced to receive document of reports.
