PVD: The BOD approves to issue bonus shares
Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation (PV DRILLING CORP) announced Board Resolution No.01/10/2013/NQ-HDQT dated October 01, 2013 to replace Board Resolution No.02/09/2013/NQ-HDQT dated September 17, 2013 as follows:
“The Board of Directors approved the plan to reward employees by shares. Object: the employees who have contributions to PV Drilling Corp’s business operations in the first six months of 2013, including key employees, best staff, good engineers, staff of projects, and other special individuals. Resource and form of reward: PV Drilling Corp’s Investment and Development Fund with using treasury shares to reward employees. The number of treasury shares for reward: 77,900 shares. Time of reward: from September to October 2013.”
