DIG: DIC Corp to withdraw capital from DIC Phuoc An

On September 23, 2013, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (“DIC Corp”) issued a resolution to withdraw all of the Corporation’s contributed capital in DIC Phuoc An Joint Stock Company. The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to sell and transfer the contributed capital in September 2013, at a price at least equal to the par value of VND10,000/share.
