JVC: Result of share issue for dividend payment

Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company has reported the result of share issue for dividend payment as follows:

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,411,139 shares

-         Purpose: to issue new shares to pay dividends from the undistributed after-tax profit.

-         Estimated trading date: December 06, 2013.
