ABT: Resolution on the dividend payment for the second phase of 2013

Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on October 09, 2013:

-         The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2 the second phase of 2013 cash dividend:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

+         Payment date: expected in November, 2013
