-         Purpose:           to pay the first dividend payment of 2013 in cash. 

Dividend payment:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5% (VND500/share)

-         Payment date:  November 19, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance Department of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company, 11 Ly Thanh Ton St., Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province on working days from November 19, 2013 and please submit ID card.
