HOSE announces the record date for the dividend payment of 2012 of Donga Plastic Group Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  DAG                            

-         Ex-right date:    October 15, 2013 

-         Record date:    October 17, 2013 

-         Purpose:           to implement the dividend payment of 2012 in cash.

-         Exercise ratio:  13,9%/ par value (VND1,390/ share)

-         Payment date:  October 25, 2013 

Place of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Donga Plastic Group Joint Stock Company - Group 1, CN5 - Ngoc Hoi Industrila park, Ngoc Hoi commune, Thanh Tri Dist., Ha Noi City on the working days from October 25, 2013  and please submit ID cards.
