On May 08, 2013, HOSE announced the record date for the first dividend advance of 2013 of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  PXS                            

-         Ex-right date:    October 22, 2013

-         Record date:    October 24, 2013

-         Purpose:           to implement the first cash dividend advance of 2013        

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 7,5%/ par value (VND750/ share)

-         Payment date:  November 05, 2013       

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at Finance and Accounting Department of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company, 02 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City on the working days from November 05, 2013 and please submit ID card.
