C21: Century 21 Co. to build a titanium slag plant

The Board of Directors of Century 21 Joint Stock Company approved to co-operate with Saigon Investment Co., Ltd. to build a titanium slag plant, according to the board resolution dated September 14, 2013. The Board authorized CEO Huynh Son Phuoc to implement relating co-operation procedure.
