TV1: Explanation for late information disclosure

On August 26, 2013, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 1 explained the late information disclosure on signing auditing contract because the company disclosed information of choosing UHY Audit & Advisory Services Limited as auditing company to audit financial statements in 2013 on April 26, 2013. Therefore, the company not disclosed the auditing signing information.
