OGC: Ocean Group to transfer stake in Ocean Media JSC

According to Board Resolution No.11 dated August 23, 2013, the Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company approved to transfer all 3,000,000 shares in Ocean Media Joint Stock Company. Therefore, after completing the transfer, Ocean Group JSC will no longer be a shareholder of Ocean Media JSC.
