DXG: Dat Xanh transfers stake in Ly Khoa Nguyen Co.

The Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation on August 23 approved the transfer of entire contributed capital, equivalent to VND79,636,557,000, in Ly Khoa Nguyen Tourism Trade Production and Construction Co., Ltd.. The stake will be transferred at VND120 billion.
