PAC: Explanation for late information disclosure

On August 26, 2013, Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company explained the late information disclosure on signing auditing contract because the company made a mistake that it disclosed information of choosing KPMG as auditing company to audit financial statements in 2013 on April 27, 2013. Therefore, the company disclosed the auditing signing information late.
