-         Ex-right date:     August 26, 2013

-         Record date:     August 28, 2013

-         Purpose:            to implement the first dividend advance of 2013 in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-         Payment date:   September 11, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company, No: 87-89 Ha Dinh Street, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi City on the working days from September 11, 2013 and please submit ID card .
