Nui Nho Stone Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors:

-         The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first of 2013 cash dividend:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

+         Record date: August 28, 2013

+         Payment date: September 16, 2013
