HOSE announces the record date for dividend payment of 2012 of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: HU1):

-         Stock symbol:   HU1

-         Ex-right date:     August 20, 2013

-         Record date:     August 22, 2013

-         Purpose:            to implement the cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 16% (VND1,600/share)

-         Payment date:   September 16, 2013 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company – 168 Giai Phong Street, Phuong Liet Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi from September 16, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
