NNC: The record date for the first dividend advance of 2013

On August 13, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the first dividend advance of 2013 of Nui Nho Stone Cooperation:

-         Stock symbol:  NNC                            

-         Ex-right date:    August 26, 2013   

-         Record date:    August 28, 2013   

-         Purpose:           to implement the first cash dividend advance of 2013        

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

-         Payment date:  September 16, 2013      

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Accounting Department of Nui Nho Stone Cooperation, Binh Thung 2, Binh An Ward, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province (on the working days from MON to FRI and morning SAT) from September 16, 2013 and please submit ID cards.
